ONLINE ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR ALL CLASSES-2020-2021

PLEASE FOLLOW THE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE YOUR ADMISSION PROCESS SUCCESSFULLY-:

  1. Registration for admission in B.A. I, B.Com I, B.Sc. I, BBA I, BCA I and M.com I will start from 1st June 2020.

  2. Students seeking admission in B.A. I, B.Com I, B.Sc. I, BBA I and BCA I are required to obtain Web Registration Number (WRN) through CSJMU website, students seeking admission in M.com I are required to obtain WRN only if they have done graduation from any university other than CSJMU. To apply for WRN students have to follow the link "Generate Web Registration number available on the university website www. kanpuruniversity.org.

  3. Documents required at the time of admission for First year:
    • NAD ID Proof
    • Web Registration form
    • 10th and 12th Mark sheets
    • 10th and 12th Pass Certificates
    • Transfer certificate
    • Character certificate
    • Migration certificate (Required from students of all other Boards except UP Board)
    • Aadhar Card copy
    • Income Certificate in case the income is less than Rs. 200000 per annum.
    • Caste certificate in case of SC/ST candidates.

  4. If any candidate has a gap year in education after intermediate he/she is required to submit the affadavit explaining the reason of gap.
    ( A gap of more than five yeas is not permissible as per CSJMU admission rules in any course).

  5. Admission in B.A II/III, B.COM-II/III, BSC-II/III, BBA-II/III, B.C.A. II/ III and M.COM-II will be on the basis of past performance, attendance and satisfactory behaviour during the previous year in the college.

  6. All the candidates admitted in first year are required to submit print out of the application form along with following documents in original in the college as per the notification by the college through website-
    • Transfer certificate
    • Character certificate
    • Migration certificate (Required from students of all boards other than U.P. Board).
    • Anti Ragging Undertaking on Rs. 10 stamp paper.
    • Gap Reason undertaking on Rs. 10 stamp paper(If any).

Follow the given steps to fill up the online form-:

  1. Read the Admission Procedure carefully.

  2. Click on “Apply Now” under “Online Admission Tab" in the Admission Portal”.

  3. To apply for the first time click on New Registration,if you want to edit your form click on Already Registered tab.

  4. Fill your WRN, NAD ID and Personal details.

  5. Fill all the Educational details.

  6. Upload all required documents.

  7. Proceed for Registration FEE payment.

  8. While depositing fee cadidate has to mention his/her name & course in remark field for payment confirmation.

  9. Upload the scanned copy of fee payment proof.

  10. Review your form carefully and make required changes before final submission.

  11. Please ensure that all information is correct and accurate. Admission on false information and certificate will be ipso facto null and void and punishable under the various provisions of law.

  12. Download your filled-up form with Provisional Registration Number.

  13. After registration fee payment verification, applicant will receive a confirmation message i.e. “Registration Confirmed” on his/her registered mobile number.

  14. Registered candidates can update their details(if required) by clicking on the already registered tab before proceeding for admission.

  15. Selected candidate will be intimated by the college.

  16. Selected candidates should proceed for fee payment through their login page by clicking on the Admission tab and filling up their Registration Number and date of birth.

  17. They are required to pay fee within three working days after receiving intimation to secure seat in college.

  18. After the fee payment, They are required to upload the copy of fee payment proof.

  19. After payment verification they will receive a confirmation message i.e. “Admission Confirmed “on their registered mobile number.

  20. After recieving the message , candidate has to deposit pdf of registration form, fee reciept and duly filled affidavit of Anti Ragging on Rs. 10 stamp paper.

  21. All Second and Third year students of the college are required to complete their admission process through fee payment after completing registration process.
